This is the Statutory Instrument made after the Tusla v Sunshine case – it still appears to give Tusla the right to enter your home etc.  but to my mind (no legal experience) it doesn’t appear to me that you HAVE to use this form but I advise you see advice from a solicitor who has a real interest in your question.  https://www.irishstatutebook.ie/eli/2020/si/330/made/en/print
